Does moving the display (and computer) eliminate the rolling bars?
1) Turn off the computer.
2) Move the display (and the computer) across the room or to another room away from other electrical appliances (such as, laser printers, fluorescent lights and other unshielded appliances) and major power conduits.
3) Turn on the computer.
4) Observe the display for rolling horizontal bars.
